The QZ Electric Grab Bridge Crane is engineered for superior material handling efficiency. Its core structure features a robust box-shaped bridge frame, a specialized grab crab unit, the trolley traveling mechanism, an operator cab, and a sophisticated electric control system.
The grab crab integrates two key mechanisms: the switching mechanism and the lifting mechanism. The grab itself is suspended by four steel wire ropes, evenly distributed between these two systems. The switching mechanism controls the opening and closing of the grab to securely collect material. Once the grab is fully closed, the lifting mechanism is engaged to hoist the load. For discharging, the switching mechanism is activated again to open the grab and release the materials seamlessly.
While its design shares similarities with standard hook bridge cranes, the specialized grab system sets it apart for bulk material applications.
