Introduction of LDP Partial Hang Single Girder Overhead Crane
Our overhead crane is engineered for superior performance and durability. The main girder is fabricated from high-strength steel plates welded into a rigid box-shaped design, integrated with end girders, a specialized crab unit, and a smooth-operating traveling mechanism.
The crab assembly features a traveling end girder, a robust crab frame, and a fixed electric hoist. Its unique partial-hanging design allows operation along one side of the girder, while the electric hoist is mounted above the girder—maximizing lift height without compromising structural integrity.
Features of LDP Partial Hang Single Girder Overhead Crane
Drive & Safety Features
The crab is powered by a conical motor brake system with exposed gearing for responsive control.
The box-girder design includes bias rails and upper/lower horizontal wheels to prevent rail gnawing, enhancing operational safety and service life.
The trolley uses a separate drive system with conical motor braking and exposed gearing. Travel motors can be specified as soft-start or variable-frequency drives for smooth, adjustable operation.
Operation & Control
Choose from three control options: ground pendant, wireless remote control, or cab (available in open or enclosed configurations).
